Dark Sulfur Carriers

We offer a wide range of traditional, dark coloured sulfur carriers, ideally suited for price sensitive applications. This proven chemistry has been successfully supplied to the lubricant industry for several decades. They are effectively utilised as a component in many metal-working and industrial lubricants. The range is sold under the trade name EPOIL Additives. 

Light Sulfur Carriers

We offer a wide range of renewable vegetable oil based light-coloured, low odor sulfur carriers with various sulfur contents and viscosities. Due to their light colour and low odor, these products are used where the highest quality and operator acceptance is required, and can be employed in the production of a wide range of industrial EP lubricants and greases. The range is sold under the trade name EPOIL Additives. 

Polyalkylene Glycols

Polyalkylene Glycols are used as the base fluid for synthetic gear and bearing lubricants and metal working fluids, designed to operate over a very wide range of temperatures and conditions. These fluids provide excellent anti-fiction, anti-wear and high load-carrying properties. 

Chlorinated Paraffins

Chlorinated-paraffins are widely used as additives for the production of plasticized PVC, lubricant-coolant mixtures for the metal cutting and printing sector, for the formulation of paints, enamels and sealants, in the rubber and leather industry.

Friction Modifiers

Friction modifiers are added to lubricants in order to reduce friction and wear in machine components. They are particularly important in the boundary lubrication regime, where they can prevent solid surfaces from coming into direct contact, substantially reducing friction and wear. 

Lubricity Additives

Lubricity additives are commonly used in soluble, neat cutting, metalworking oils and in many industrial lubricants. These specially selected friction reducing fatty materials and vegetable esters act as universal fatty compounding agents. Fatty compounding is also employed to increase metal wetting ability and film strength.

Miscol Emulsifiers

A range of emulsifiers packaged additives typically used within the industrial lubricant sector and liquid detergents used for rust removal. The range is sold under the trade name Miscol Emulsifiers. 

Chlorinated Fatty Additives

A range of Chlorinated Fatty Additives for use in slow-speed machining operations and when surface temperatures are limited to reduce work hardening tendencies in stainless steel and heat-resistant alloys.
